At Mountain Valor, we do more than show up — we stay.
We walk alongside veterans and their families through the long, frustrating process of getting the benefits and support they’ve earned. That means listening first, mapping their needs, connecting them with the right services, and sticking with them until real solutions are in place.

And it’s working. In our first year, we helped more than 750 veterans and family members — and we’re on track to double that impact in year two.

Your support fuels more than one-on-one help. It powers:

• Outreach to elder care centers, hospitals, and local service hubs — where veterans and caregivers first hear, “You should talk to Mountain Valor.”

• On-the-ground events in underserved communities — bringing state, local, and national resources directly to veterans who might otherwise be overlooked.

• Trusted education and advocacy — ensuring rural veterans and their families know what help is available, and how to get it.

We’re not a government agency. We’re not a membership club. We’re a rural Virginia nonprofit built by and for veterans — and we never charge for help.
