Thank You to Our Primary Sponsor: BAE Systems

Mountain Valor Veteran Services proudly thanks BAE Systems for their unwavering support as our Primary Sponsor for the second year in a row. Their continued investment in our mission directly empowers veterans and their families across rural Virginia by helping us provide life-changing resources, outreach events, and one-on-one support.

Because of BAE Systems’ commitment to community impact and veteran resilience, Mountain Valor Fest continues to grow—bringing together veterans, families, and neighbors to honor service, access support, and build stronger rural connections.

We are deeply grateful for BAE Systems’ partnership in honoring those who served and strengthening the communities they call home.

Events

Local music before and after the Patriot Day ceremony!

All Day: vendors, resource tables, government representatives, Veteran Affairs Outreach Team, kids events, military equipment displays, and food trucks.

Are you a veteran or family member of a veteran who is confused about benefits? That’s what this is all about! Come on out and learn directly from the experts!

Need more? Observe the flag retirement ceremony, cool down in the misting tent, and check out military vehicles from past to present.

We are grateful to all of the sponsors enabling this to be a free event. Sponsors cover the cost of emergency support, insurance, bands, marketing, facility rental, dumpsters, portapotties, signage, safety equipment, kid activities, and the Remembrance Ceremony. Without them, we could not hold this event and we truly appreciate their trust in our mission.
